How to Place an Order

Add Items To Cart: Add item(s) to the shopping cart. Each item has a button to add the product to your shopping cart. The quantity of each item may be entered or set using the increase/decrease arrows. If the item is out of stock, you will not be able to add into your cart.

Proceed to Check Out: Click on "My Cart" on the Main Menu or on the Shopping Cart icon on the top-right corner of the page. Before going through the check-out process, you can see an accurate estimate of your final costs, including coupons, shipping and taxes by entering that information and then clicking "Go". You may also proceed straight to the checkout process and will have an opportunity to enter coupon and shipping information further downstream

Place Order: If you already have an account with us, you can log in at this time and your shipping formation with auto-complete. You do not need an account to go through the check out process, but it will save time in future orders. Otherwise, enter your shipping information and an coupon codes and click on the "Place Order" button to proceed to payment processing.

Payment Processing: We use Pay-Pal for payment processing, however, you DO NOT need a Pay-Pal account to continue payment processing. After you click "Place Order", you will be taken to a Pay-Pal site where you may either login into your Pay-Pal account OR enter a credit/debit card manually.

Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping and one or more shipping options for your location will be presented at checkout. All our merchandise is shipped in a reinforced box, packaged with either tissue, bubble-wrap or packing peanuts as appropriate. Shipping insurance is required and included for all shipping options. Most purchases are shipped within 24-hours of receipt of payment; holidays and Sundays excluded.

Taxes: We collect sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. International customers are responsible for all VAT, duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Inventory: Our inventory is electronically monitored and it is important to us that when an item is shown "In Stock", that it is actually in stock. To make this work, inventory is only updated when your purchase is 100% completed. Simply placing an item in your cart does not mark it or in anyway reserve it out of available inventory.
