Shipping Policy

General: We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. At checkout, one or more shipping options for your location will be presented. You may choose the carrier/service of your preference. All our merchandise is shipped in a reinforced box, packaged with either tissue, bubble-wrap or packing peanuts as appropriate. Shipping insurance is required and included for all shipping options. Most purchases are shipped within 24-hours of receipt of payment; holidays and Saturdays excluded. A notification will be sent to the e-mail address entered during check-out when your package has been shipped. Getting your purchase to you safely and intact is our overall policy. We also believe in the freedom of choice; so if there is a particular carrier you prefer and/or despise, you get to choose.

Combined Shipping: Our shipping calculator combines shipping for multi-item purchases based on a weight-only calculation. It does not account for dimensional restrictions due to large, but light-weight purchases. If the actual combined shipping cost is significantly more than our shipping calculator charged, we will notify you immediately of the discrepancy. If the combined shipping charge is significantly more than the actual cost, we will immediately refund the difference to the account or credit card used for the purchase.

Local Pickup: While we DO NOT have a storefront, we do offer local pickup for customers willing to meet in the Oceanside area (zip 92056). If you are interested in this form of purchase, simply use the discount code "LOCALPICKUP" during checkout and the shipping charges will be negated. ComicCon Pickup: If you will be attending one of the ComicCons on our Show Calendar, use the discount code "LOCALPICKUP" during checkout and the shipping charges will be negated. We will bring your purchase to the show, where it will be available for pickup anytime during the regular exhibit hours. International Shipping/Taxes: We ship world-wide and some countries charge Import Taxes (e.g. VAT) for goods purchased from the United States. We have no way of knowing which countries charge such tax nor how much the tax amount will be, each country has it's own specific rules. Therefore, we do not collect nor pay taxes on your behalf. Please check with your local tax authorities and postal services to see whether your purchase will be subject to such taxes and payable on receipt.


Returns: See our Returns Policy. If your package is returned because A) the incorrect address was provided or B) the package was refused upon delivery, then we will provide a refund for the cost of the product only (plus taxes if any).
