This is the new and hard to find Top Gun Grumman F-14 Tomcat Die-Cast Vehicle from the Hot Wheels Retro Entertainment line. It's a replica of Tom Cruise's fighter from the top hit, Top Gun. The vehicle measures ~4-inches (10cm) in length. Comes new on a manufacturer sealed hanging card. The card has some extremely minor edge wear, but otherwise is in excellent condition.
