This is the vintage and limited re-release of the Willy Ley 1:48 scale Concept Space Taxi Transport and Work Ship plastic model kit by Monogram in 1996. This was a limited edition re-release of the original 1950's model kit. The completed model includes the space vehicle, terrestrial globe base and four sculpted astronaut figures. Comes new in a manufacturer shrink-wrapped box. The shrink-wrap has a 4-inch split on the back-left seam and the box shows some slight indentations due to the tight shrink-wrap, but otherwise the box is in excellent condition.
